Project Description

Joeris General Contractors is preparing for renovation and new building construction for Norman Elementary School in Austin ISD. Due to the significant degree of earthwork taking place, Vosburg Welsh was hired to conduct a comprehensive utility investigation to identify, mark and map all utilities servicing the school complex. Vosburg Welsh utilized Ground Penetrating Radar, EM Detection Equipment and a GPS/GNSS Antenna to locate and map over 10,000 LF of utilities so that builders could have a comprehensive understanding of subsurface obstacles before breaking ground on new construction.
